Flower essences have been used for thousands of years but it wasn’t until the 1930’s that Dr Edward Bach, Physician and Homeopath, formalised their production and use.  His essences have become known as Bach Flower Remedies of which Rescue Remedy is probably the most used and well known.

In the 1990’s an Australian by the name of Ian White, a fifth generation Herbalist and Naturopath, developed the Australian Bush Flower Essences (ABFE).  Drawing upon the rare beauty and ancient landscape that is Australia he has developed over 60 flower essences.  These essences may be used for a variety of issues on all levels:  physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. 

Essences are taken as seven drops morning and night under the tongue, in water or on skin.  They will not contraindicate with anything.

These essences are even used on animals with great success.
