Harbour Healing was founded by Katrina Ridley in 2004.  She has worked for many years with children, both as a teacher and administrator.  In the late 90’s Katrina lost two young nephews 12 months apart due to illness.  It was their untimely passing that became the catalyst for her change in career.  She decided she wanted to make a difference in the health and wellbeing of others, even if this meant stepping away from a guaranteed weekly income and going into business for herself. She believed the best way for her to do this was to train in some type of complementary therapy.

Katrina is a qualified and experienced practitioner of Bowtech:- the Original Bowen Technique, Australian Bush Flower Essences, Bach Flower Remedies and Reiki.

Most of her work now is with the Bowen Technique and Australian Bush Flower Essences.

She looks forward to seeing you and helping you experience balance and wellbeing in your life.
